Binding Arbitration
If Disputes cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, they will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and, if appropriate, the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes. Arbitration fees will follow AAA Consumer Rules. The arbitration may be in person, through document submission, by telephone, or online, at the arbitrator’s discretion. The arbitrator will follow applicable law. Arbitration shall occur in Piatt, Illinois, unless otherwise required.
If, for any reason, a Dispute proceeds in court, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Piatt County, Illinois. In no event shall any Dispute be commenced more than one (1) year after the cause of action arose.
Restrictions
Any arbitration will be limited to the Dispute between you and the Company individually. No arbitration shall be joined with another proceeding, nor proceed as a class action.
Exceptions
Certain Disputes concerning intellectual property rights, theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use are not subject to arbitration and may be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction.
21. CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Services containing typographical errors or omissions, including in product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update the information on the Services at any time without prior notice.

We retain certain data you transmit for managing performance of the Services, along with data about your usage. Though we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for any data you transmit. You waive any claim against us arising from any loss or corruption of your data.
26. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
By visiting the Services, sending emails, and completing forms, you consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements and notices we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written communications. You also consent to the use of electronic signatures and records, and you waive any rights requiring original signatures or paper records.

28. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms and any policies or operating rules on the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. We may assign our rights and obligations to others at any time. We are not liable for any delay or failure to act due to causes beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these Legal Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Nothing in these Terms creates a joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship. You agree that these Legal Terms will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them. You waive all defenses based on the electronic form of these Terms.
